Ruth was so welcoming and quickly puts you at ease. I booked an Indian head massage due to neck pain. After examination Ruth also noted areas of my back where she felt the pain my be coming from so added these in to the treatment. I will be making another appointment soon.

Very relaxing environment and conversation. Ruth balances professionalism with warmth, in a way that helps build trust. One of the best massages I have ever had! Ruth listened to my problem areas and spent time and energy working on those. Firm enough to have great impact but not uncomfortable, could not fault. I am so sad that I don’t live closer for repeat visits. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend without hestitation!

My second Aromatherapy massage and there's been a significant improvement to my lower back and nerve pain. Highly recommend Ruth.

Was lovely to see Ruth , body is feeling much better and less stiff. Ruth is very professional with excellent knowledge - this is supporting my ongoing rehab with a shoulder injury. Always leave feeling refreshed and enjoy a catch up with Ruth too!

Ruth is very kind and welcoming - explaining what she is doing thoroughly. She is extremely good at finding and working all the painful bits! I feel amazing now and can actually move my neck again! Thanks so much!
