Time at Applewood Therapy is time well spent. It’s amazing how an hour under the hands of such an expert at her craft can reset your whole month. It’s time to put life’s events into perspective and file away all the niggles that you realise don’t actually matter. I feel so relaxed and reenergised when I leave, it’s made my whole life outside of the therapy room feel easier to manage. My tension has evaporated, my skin feels amazing, I smell wonderful and I’ve had the space to remember how to fully breathe. She’s a worker of miracles!

Excellent service again from Sue, lovely clean and relaxing experience. I was new to colonic therapy a couple of years ago and now I can't recommend it enough as I never knew how important it is and helps with so many things. I go quarterly now and being a menopausal woman this has so many benefits to help you get through it. Sue is such a lovely lady who makes you feel so relaxed you forget what you are there for, I wouldn't go anywhere else xx 😘

As always I really enjoyed seeing Leah for a massage treatment. Today I had a shoulder, neck and back massage. Leah acknowledged and was understanding of my slight back issues and communicated throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Her treatment room, again, smelt and sounded beautiful and instantly induced a calm feeling. I would highly recommend going to see Leah!! 😊

Calming, comfortable venue so relaxing. My first time having hydrotherapy, sue put all my worries at ease with a wealth of knowledge about her passion. It is a passion she has, so it’s not just a job. Booked my second session in. So pleased I found this. Self care is the best care. Thank you sue.

Such an amazing therapy session. I love that I can bare my full self, (warts and all), without judgement or fear. Leah gently guides you into making decisions for yourself by presenting back the issues you have shared, and helps you work through all possible outcomes. I always sleep well the night after I’ve had a session - thank you Leah!

Kylie is absolutely amazing. I have had so much pain and tension in my upper back built up from having a lovely little 4 month old velcro baby. Booked in for back, neck and shoulders and whilst time and attention were put into all parts of my upper body, the focus was mainly given to my problem areas, she worked out all of my knots and seemed to just intuitively know exactly where the pain and tension was being held. Incredible massage and left feeling like I was floating. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!
