I went to Sandra for a seated aromatherapy back massage followed by a 10 minute add on relaxation with guided meditation. Sandra was excellent, she made me feel so at ease with her friendly but professional manner. I was so relaxed that when I got home I had a nap. I also went home with a bottle of the oil Sandra had used and mixed just for me. The treatment room has been decorated in a very naturalistic way, it felt cocooning and relaxing just being in there. I highly recommend Sandra and I personally will be back again.

This was my first visit to The Recovery Well and it was beautiful. I had an aromatherapy facial, which was fantastic. Everything about it was very professional and the treatment room was so relaxing I could have stayed there for a couple more hours! I rebooked for my next appointment on my way out. Looking forward to it already. 😊

INCREDIBLE!! I had a full body massage with aromatherapy and was sent to heaven. I have to make sure I book this in as a regular thing as I need it and it was worth every penny. The Staff are friendly and helpful and the room was clean, atmospheric and smelt delicious!!
