Vicky really helped me during 10 sessions, she has a very calm manner and is very easy to talk to. She has given me many tools to use to help me manage my situations. I really enjoyed being able to walk with her in the park, it’s so relaxing. I would thoroughly recommend her.

My first procedure today Katy put me totally at ease, was very gentle and talked me through each part of the process

my experience of this session was different than any other, because I could finally realised how to resolve or act differently about my long term great. Actually, I started to looking at the issues from different angle. I’m really grateful for the support I received in this session. It was really helpful and informative session. I feel I was understood and be listened to. It was a good session where I found the safe space to open up and discuss my thoughts and feelings.

There was a great sense of rapport and understanding, as well as good guidance and suggestions for resolving some issues.

Being a newcomer to this type of procedure I was understandably anxious Katy seemed to understand exactly what I am looking for & defo made me feel at ease with her knowledge and explanations She took the time to explain all the options available to me & we can hopefully move forward with the plan that Katy will create for me
