The Reiki Healing Message and sauna were an incredible, unique, soulful experience I'd highly recommend. I highly recommend SB at GSR for a massage, coaching, or yoga. The massage is first class and therapy for entire body.

SB does an amazing job every time! She’s able to go beyond a massage and release so much tightness with her myocardial release techniques. I have had fascia multiple sessions with her and every time I leave feeling like a new person! So much tightness and pain is released. I am sore for a couple of days but after that I feel brand new! I have better range of motion, no more pain and my body feels like it can move more naturally! I highly recommend everyone schedule with SB ASAP!
