Stepping into 2025 with severe lower back pain was not how I wanted to start the year. I booked with Calista and she helped me so that I could move and bend. So it was a nerve impingement in the SI muscle. Very grateful that I can always call and be helped.

Had a great Hawaiian massage with Calista. She appears to be very knowledgeable about her craft and wants to ensure that you experience all the benefits that come with the treatment. The Pamper Me Package is superb. I high recommend it . If you can, do it at the end of your day. I was ready to curl up with a blanket and sleep when it was over. I wasn't exhausted, just completely relaxed and ready to let my body enjoy that sensation longer. I definitely would love to do that again.

I had accupressure and reflexology done. My feet were sore from the moment I stepped out of bed. By the time the session was over I had learned that my feet clearly indicate the areas of my body I need to put attention on. My legs were so relaxed and tension free when I left. It's wonderful being pain-free!

Every time I go to Kahe Hands, I leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Matthew is a large part of this experience. He is experienced in various massage techniques and applies them skilfully. As a person trained in massage therapy who has had dozens of massages, I highly recommend Kahe Hands.

The spa has a lovely smell, and the music and sea sounds add to the relaxed ambience. The massage therapist was excellent. The pressure was just right and she did a great job. The sounds from reception can be quite distracting, and definitely detract from the relaxation aspect of the massage. Perhaps one could look at sound proofing the therapy rooms at some point?

Calista was really wonderful Her massage technique was great and she made some good recommendations as well. Thanks for the lovely experience.
