Always a relaxing experience & Sara explains everything so well. I had an issue with my neck, she told me all the names of the muscles & where they run to and how they might affect me. Sara then adapted my massage, to work carefully around my painful neck.

Nic was so welcoming and friendly, her treatment room was peaceful and relaxing. Throughout the treatment Nic took time to explain the treatment process and check I was happy and comfortable. Perfect massage, explained the process and what I was going to happen in my aromatherapy message, asked which smell relaxes me the most. It really did relax me and my muscles.
