Amazing! I was a bit nervous as I had prior experience with different waxers so was not sure... but third time was a charm!! She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and we had a good chat during the whole time I was there which made me more at ease!! Reine is absolutely amazing! So friendly, professional and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in! I recently moved from Cardiff and was looking for someone close to do my lashes, after a few failed attempts I found Reine and have no looked back since! I now have all my treatments done with her and she always finds time for me! Not only do I feel like a client but I feel I’ve made a friend for life 🤍
