Perfection as always! Tony removed my old dip he had done that was literally perfect aside from regrowth after 3 WEEKS! And redid them. So pretty! Salon is nso nice and clean and everyone is so friendly which makes the process much relaxing! Loyal Customer to Tony and Rose nail Lounge

My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

I came to see Alice per the suggestion of a friend and she was quick, efficient, friendly, and overall a great experience. Not many salons in Miami can deliver nails, atmosphere, good music, AND friendly staff. Would highly recommend!

Service was amazing and fast! Staff was kind, professional and communicative which is hard to find in a nail salon. Tee took his time with my nails and made sure they came out perfect! He gave me exactly the Halloween design I wanted! Everything was super clean and disinfected, I noticed that the nail techs washed their hands often and wiped everything down right away. Will definitely be back, thank you!

LaLa was a stellar technician and totally executed on my nail design vision. Salon was clean, well air conditioned on a hot day, and everyone was super professional and nice. LaLa was quick but with attention to detail and was great to chat with- the time flew by and I really enjoyed my experience! I’ve already gotten so many compliments on the nails. Highly recommend Rose and LaLa in particular!!! Thanks!

Janelle was an amazing nail tech! Gentle with my hands and thorough. Will definitely be back. My appointment was on time too. The guys working the desks were kind also. They play great music and I appreciate that they don’t have tvs in there showing the news or random lifetime movies like many other salons I’ve been in. Will be back!

Liz is an incredible hairstylist! My wife and I both had the pleasure of getting our hair cut by her, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Ashley is my go-to bootyful Queen when it comes to anything skin related. The vibe of the salon feels safe, calm and very welcoming. It’s also a very clean and professional environment. I normally rebook for facial and waxing services which leave me refreshed and smiling every time after having a jelly mask peeled off my face. My acne cysts and scars have reduced drastically after each booking. She is very knowledgeable as well as her mother Mercedes as they also offer classes to educate growing estheticians. I love them both and always look forward to being blessed by these beautiful women.
