There was a bit of a mix up with my appointment this morning. After I left w/o having my Lashes done, I received a text from the salon. They were very apologetic and did everything possible to get me an appointment this afternoon. Great customer service and I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer. Now I have my Lashes filled and of course they look beautiful!! I'm so thankful that I found this salon and will definitely keep coming back!!

Rebecca did an amazing job on my lashes. On my first visit with her she took care in building out my extensions as my lashes weren’t on the best of shape due to previous salon. She asked that I be patient with her. This visit we were able to add more volume and they look amazing.

I’ve been getting my waxing done by Lauren for a few years or so now. She is awesome at what she does. She makes you comfortable and the experience is virtually painless. I won’t go to anyone else. Lauren is very talented.

Hannah made my first waxing experience so quick, easy and I felt so comfortable. We chatted and had a few laughs. She was so reassuring every time she would apply or remove a strip. If you need a waxing, velvet wax bar is the place to go.

Great products and service! Wax itself was painless with hard wax compared to most soft waxes I’ve had done! The hydrojelly mask felt amazing after my full face wax and actually reduced all the red from the waxing!

I recommend Elite Lash. I had a great experience. My lashes are very full and the technician took her time (which I appreciate not feeling like she was rushing). I have been getting my lashing done for years at different salons and I feel they are very reasonably priced. I will be back!

Shakira was super great. She does an amazing job. I highly recommended Shakira. Note to Management: please don’t vaccuum while clients are there having their lashes or other services done. It really spoils the quiet relaxing atmosphere that a salon spa is supposed to have.
