There’s something special about the space Emily has created at the Mood Therapy, the whole experience leaves you feeling held and rejuvenated. I instantly feel calm and relaxed and my neck and body always feels amazing the next day. Favourite place to go for self care.

The best massage I have ever experienced, wow. I literally feel like a whole knew person and like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It’s not just about the massage but all the finer details that go with it 🤍 tea, card pull, essential oils, foot soak & scrub and hydrating drink.
