There’s something special about the space Emily has created at the Mood Therapy, the whole experience leaves you feeling held and rejuvenated. I instantly feel calm and relaxed and my neck and body always feels amazing the next day. Favourite place to go for self care.

The best massage I have ever experienced, wow. I literally feel like a whole knew person and like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It’s not just about the massage but all the finer details that go with it 🤍 tea, card pull, essential oils, foot soak & scrub and hydrating drink. Amazing! Best pregnancy massage I’ve gotten. Emily’s technique, the ambience/atmosphere of the space, the foot soak prior, the tea! All was amazing and already booked in my next treatment.

Had the most incredible full-body remedial massage with Em yesterday—she’s next level! Every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of, from perfect pressure to essential oils and a refreshing electrolyte drink afterward. My last massage with her was the best I’d ever had… and somehow, this was even better!

Emily was absolutely amazing, it is such a peaceful and calming environment from the moment you walk through the doors! My massage was so relaxing and my shoulders feel so much more at ease. My eyelash lift looks and feels fantastic- Emily has brilliant eye for detail and attention - I’m so happy with my eyelashes. I’ll definitely be back, would highly recommend to anyone.
