Absolutely incredible facial with Louise Pynen! Louise was incredibly professional and informative, explaining every step of the process and answering all my questions. She clearly has a deep understanding of skincare and tailored the treatment perfectly to my needs. What truly sets Louise apart is her holistic approach. She took the time to understand my concerns and preferences, and was incredibly flexible in creating a treatment plan that worked for me and my budget. Amazing as ever! I have seen Louise a few times now for an array of stunning treatments. As she is so incredible I decided to spent the morning of my birthday with her being thoroughly pampered with a facial and my favourite, an Indian head massage. Louise was so welcoming from the second I arrived. We had a consultation about my issue before she proceeded with the massage, she also provided advice on what to do next. 12 hours on and the pain has subsided so much.
