I have previously been to Trenython spa for a treatment with Jugita before and was not disappointed in having another treatment with her again. Her service is outstanding and I am very pleased with my experience - would recommend a treatment with her to anyone.

Absolutely incredible experience. Visited for a birthday spa day treat with my husband and it was incredible, faultless in fact. All the staff were friendly, smiley and welcoming right from the start. We had a massage booked each and the masseuse was sensational, so polite, friendly & incredible at her job. By far the best massage I could have ever hoped for… We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the spa facilities with a wide range of options from the large pool, the hot tub to the choice of steam room or sauna room. Very clean and tidy! Finished off with a delicious lunch within the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and the actual massage was very good. Only reason for 4 stars is due to the venue. The spa where you go for the massage is tiny so the experience isn’t very relaxing. If there was a bigger space with a nice waiting area then it would warrant 5 stars.

We had a spa day and an hour in the pool was not quite long enough. I felt like u shud stagger everyone’s time as we were all congregated in the changing room together waiting around for a changing room. If we were staggered then that problem wouldn’t occur

It’s the best spa treatment I’ve had so far. The pressure was right, she hit at the right points and I left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely have another spa treatment anytime I visit and highly recommend it to every guest visiting Trenython manor plus it’s affordable too

I had the Champagne and truffle facial with the hot stone massage, it was amazing! I was nearly falling drifting off, it was so relaxing! Jurgita was so kind and sweet! Thank you ☺️

Enjoyed a Temple Spa day and afternoon tea. Every part of the day was perfect!!

A lovely day. Only suggestion is to separate spa days in the pool with too many children in the same time slot. Staff all really nice and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic spa day! I had a pregnancy massage with Samantha which was amazing and so relaxing! My partner had a full body massage which he said was also amazing! Samantha was so friendly, very professional and clearly very experienced. Would definitely recommend highly. Many, many thanks.

Myself and 3 friends spent a perfect day at Trenython Manor on Saturday. We were greated by Charlotte and she confirmed the details of our day. We had a lovely welcome with coffee and pastries, used the spa facilities then had a lovely lunch. Following this was our spa treaments with Charlotte. We all enjoyed our day and cant wait to go back again soon. Charlotte pulled out all the stops to make our day just perfect! Thank you so much from Paula, Laura, Liz and Deb. See you again soon.

The spa treatment and therapist were amazing! Would highly recommend, so welcoming and friendly. Healing hands, I'll definitely be back. The food and bar/restaurant staff service was absolutely amazing, menu options and food itself 5* The only downfall we had was an unfriendly/unhelpful receptionist on arrival, there is no reception area or signage directing you to the pool or spa facilities so felt a little cramped and confusing at 1st impression, once over that however I couldn't find a single fault and am really looking forward to returning

I had a back massage in the Spa, yesterday afternoon, which was really lovely. The therapist was excellent and adapted her pressure to my specific needs, and gave me a great and skilled treatment.

My daughter and I visited for Afternoon tea, a swim and massage. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The pool and facilities were great, clean and the perfect temperature. Afternoon tea was outstanding and the lady who served us was very friendly and helpful. The massage in the spa was a fantastic experience. Jurgita was a delight. She was so friendly and really made us feel comfortable and at ease. She clearly explained what would happen and was very professional and respectful throughout. We will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service, clean and well kept areas in all spaces. Excellent value for money. Would definitely come again.
