What a nice space with nice people! I felt calm just walking in, but I felt totally relaxed when I left after my massage. Krystal is a great communicator, without being talkative or distracting. Already looking forward to coming back!

I had one of the best massages ever in life. This was the first time, in a very long time, that I was able to relax during a massage. I have chronic back pain and muscles spasms. My massages are usually spent getting the kinks out. I relaxed so much I dozed off and maybe snored a little. The space was clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming. It just felt good to be there. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful time today at the Avenue 215 Self Care Studio in Philadelphia. I received a one hour Stone Spirit massage with aromatherapy and hot stones by my masseuse Sharne’. Today they offered spa services, manicures and pedicures for men only from 5pm-8pm, cocktails while we were watching the basketball for us to enjoy during our services. There was great brotherhood and friendship there today. I love this place and enjoy all the services each time I go for my appointment. They have a friendly, courteous and professional staff. Thanks.

My experience today was fantastic! I needed a relaxing day and Pier made me feel calm and relaxed right away. The space and vibe was incredible as well! I received the scalp massage and it was fantastic. I will definitely be returning for more services in the near future!!

I recently completed a package of five acupuncture treatments with Pier. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I’ve already seen tremendous health benefits. From the beginning Pier was attentive and inquisitive, gathering a holistic picture in order to provide the best treatment. I was diagnosed with MS five years ago and have experimented with various modalities to improve my quality of life. This has been one of the most impactful. I highly recommend Pier and Note to Self Wellness! Not to mention, they have created a beautiful, relaxing, and inviting space.

I would highly recommend Pier and Note to Self spa. This is my first experience with acupuncture. Pier’s knowledge, skill and thoughtfulness has made the process relaxing and peaceful. I would recommend all treatments from this spa. It’s everything you want a spa experience to be. Love that they support local vendors!
