Shannon is a consummate professional. She genuinely cares about her craft and understands the importance of tattoo removal. She is worth every penny of the price and she is a great listener. I’m sure she is great at all the other services she offers but I will recommend her to anyone needing tattoo removal.

Totally a 5 star Permanent makeup salon and more!! Shannon was very pleasant and personal from the minute I walked in the door. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her job and the work she does!! She is very detail oriented! She was kind enough to walk me over to the new Sound Bar venue. I can’t wait to try out some of the classes they offer and enjoy the cafe! I HIGHLY recommend all of her services!

Shannon is a talented and creative artist and is so personable. It is always a pleasure to work with Shannon. In addition to the Dragonfly salon, there is a great indoor and outdoor space called The Soundbar & Cafe for coffee/tea, yoga, massage and music across from the salon.

Shannon created permanent eyebrows for me that have a natural appearance. My eyebrows have become sparse and white as I have aged and I did not want to have to fill them in every day. She is a true artist. I am very pleased with the service I have received at Dragonfly.

My first session with Kathy was such a treat. She immediately put me at ease and for the next hour I was treated to a fabulous spa treatment. My skin glowed and looked so healthy I received positive spontaneous comments from friends all day.

Shannon is incredible. When you tattoo your face you kind of want someone who knows what they are doing. I’m over the moon with my new brows and wish I had done it sooner. Not only that but Shannon is a kind soul who is a pleasure to get to know.

I had my eyebrows touched up today and as always Shannon is so very personable as well as professional. She strides in everything she does and does it exceedingly great. I love going to her shop. It is a very positive upbeat place to be. You will not be sorry you went to Dragonfly! In my opinion it is the most reputable permanent makeup place in Hanover and Brunswick Counties!!! 🤗🤩

Shannon is a perfectionist in all that she does! Her work is beautifully executed and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Her studio is clean, beautifully decorated and most importantly, her chair is very comfortable that one sits/lays in while she performs her art!
