They started on my 20 minutes later than my appointment time but immediately apologised and offered a partial refund for the inconvenience. That is how customer service should be. The nail service was also great.

A delightful experience from start to finish! Being warmly assisted at reception to receiving one of the best facials I've ever had. Experiencing such a seamless and enjoyable journey from reception to treatment speaks volumes about the quality of service and attention to detail at Artisan! Artisan is definitely a spa that I would highly recommend to family and friends! Let's not forget the beautiful aesthetics in each room too!

Amazing ladies that work there, super welcoming and kind. It was my first spray tan ever ! I was guided step by step and loved the result. The space is beautiful decorated and feels super luxurious. Definitely my go-to spa from now on.

Perfect attention to detail in a warm and welcoming space

I have been coming here for years and cannot recommend the Chelsea Clinic & Spa in Wynberg highly enough. The owner, Melanie Garthwaite, is extremely knowledgeable in terms of skin, health and wellbeing. She really goes the extra mile for all her clients, makes them feel comfortable – and actually listens to her guests wishes and/or their skin related problems. You can literally see and feel her experience when she is working on you and she has managed for years to turn my rather problematic and sensitive skin into the best version it can be. Thank you a million, Melanie!

I leave all my worries behind when I enter this calming space. My treatments always exceed my expectations and I re-enter the world energised and glowing. Thank you Mel
