Quality, timing, chit chat, experience, vibe, the salon & employees, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Before lash consultation was a range of my lash look expectations, what do I want, what is going to suit my eye shape and what my eyelashes will hold to have the longest lashing lashes & fullness keeping my lash health preventing damage. It wasn’t just a lash appointment, your lashes are on goodbye… it was education too! Other lash businesses need to follow suit! I’ve never felt so comfortable in a lash appointment. I will be coming back! Thank you ❤️💕

I've been going to Alicia for my eyelash extensions for nearly a year and every experience has been wonderful! Not only does she have incredible attention to detail but she also makes sure I'm comfortable throughout my entire appointment. She listens to what I want & tailors my extensions to suit my eyes perfectly. The outcome is always flawless & retention is amazing. Jade is such a whizz, I can’t believe how fast she is and she doesn’t cut corners. I was skeptical as my previous lash tech took 2 hrs for an infill but I would walk out and lashes would be falling out immediately. The first time Jade did my infill I counted 6 days without losing a single lash. I would lose at least 3-6 per eye every day. I had my second appointment after 3 weeks for an infill with Jade and it was even faster than the first appointment because I didn’t need so many lashes replaced. They also sit so nicely as they grow out and barely need brushing into place they just sit well.

Ruby always ensures you have the best ,relaxing experience and her lash work is second to none with the attention to detail There is no “one style fits all” approach as Ruby shapes your lashes to suit your eye shape and face shape Would never want to go anywhere else Ruby is the best !
