What an amazing experience! The place, the hospitality, the service is nothing short of amazing - even in loadshedding,,, Honestly one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. They treat you with care and kindness - you don't just feel like another number/customer. I am incredibly happy that I could just go with a color and Merilyn brought her creative side and a masterpiece so impeccably unique arose! The Evo gel from Biosculpture works incredibly well and she dehydrates my sweaty palms to give me that confidence that my nails would never lift. This is my third visit, getting my nails done by Kim, and I couldn’t be happier with her work—my nails always look flawless! This time I got a polygel fill with gel, and it looks stunning! There was a bit of confusion when I got a call about my appointment booking, where it seemed like the timing would be an issue, but it wasn’t a problem at all. I ended up arriving on time, and Kim handled everything smoothly, as always. She’s really dedicated and professional, which is why I keep coming back.

Going to this salon is a MUST!! The customer service we received were AMAZING. Only the best brands are used Gelish, Biosculpture, OPI and Nsi. My nails are perfectly shaped and my gel toes, the french line was painted so precisely and carefully. Merilyn takes her time to customize any nail art and designs. The salon is neat and hygienic. Tucked in a secure and quiet location. I can't wait for my next appointment!

Friendly welcome always by Miss K at Reception. Tamsyn the new beautician did my nails. Loved how very confident and talkative she was. The reason for a rating of 4 and not 5, no one offered me something to drink on arrival, or while I was being attended to.

Absolutely amazing! Sandra is lovely and really knows how to do nails!!!

Thank you. Had a good experience with stylist. Very patient. Great advice received. However with the manicure my nails were not dry and it smudge and unfortunately the nail therapist already left. A valuable lesson learnt. Next time I will have my nails done first, before hair treatment.

My experience at House of Wax with Vicky was amazing, normally nail techs hurt my skin whilst filing my nails, but with her it was pleasant. She also made me feel at ease, and we spoke as though we knew eachother for years. I am highly satisfied with my nails.
