Always such a beautiful and calming experience at Retreat. Really appreciate the staff. I’ve had remedial massages with Harumi after both my pregnancies. I would highly recommend for any post partum or pregnant Mums needing some relief.

I decided on a hour relaxation massage with beautiful oil. The staff member was very gentle yet firm .. I felt very relaxed after .love geting my tea 🍵 staff also provided treats as well and I have been going there for about 4 years now. I also book my son in for a massage as well. Soooooo goood!!! From arrival the ambience is serene and there is a complimentary decadent treats bar with tea or water. The therapist was attentive and focused on the tension areas. Felt amazing afterwards. Thank you🙏🏻

Airi is an experienced professional and has really helped me with my neck and back issues. Highly recommend this practice to anyone who has need for a massage.

Returned today for acupuncture with David following remedial massage last week. Very relaxing experience even though I don't like needles. Not painful at all and I hope it will make a difference to my back and shoulders. Once again a very enjoyable friendly environment with professional experienced staff.

The acupuncture was just what I needed to relieve jaw pain.

David was skillful and focused in his provision of remedial massage and acupuncture for my chronic neck and back pain. I was relaxed and comfortable throughout, with significant improvement in mobility and relief from pain and tension after the session. Thankyou for your professionalism and work!
