I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

Really professional and helpful. Great treatment- Carlos really went above and beyond.

Carlos was great! Super efficient and made it really easy to book an appointment quickly. Was very professional, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had during and after the appointment. He also checked up on my progress after the message. Could not recommend him enough!

I had a great sports massage in the comfort of my own home. Laura was professional and knowledgeable and gave me good advice and a range of exercises to follow. I will definitely be booking another session soon!

Carlos was brilliant. I felt really tight with various aches and pains from my training but he was so knowledgable and has really loosened me up today. Thank you so much Carlos!
