It was our first infrared sauna session ever! And really had a great experience, definitely felt lighter and stress free afterwards!! 🤗 The staffs are very accommodating and friendly as well! Would be back for sure 🥰

We really enjoyed our experience. The facilities were clean and the decor was lovely. The staff member was friendly and accommodating and made us feel at ease. One thing we did note was that the ice bath wasn't as full as we were expecting so we were unable to submerge as much as we were wanting to. Music stopped when we had about 20 minutes remaining and wouldn't seem to start up again after tinkering with it. On the whole it was a valuable first time experience for us.

What a cool place, and the staff I had contact with were exceptional. When for the special sauna and a first up but now keep to trust them with trying some other of there other offerings.

Great in general, from reception to the professionals.

This is session number 8 for me in three months and I can feel the difference from when I started doing the infrared sauna. Wyld is definitely not an intimidating place compared to other wellness clinics. Sophie assisted is and she’s definitely a star. I’m already planning on getting the weekly membership after my sessions finish.
