I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

I have had Botox plenty of times before but never with the level of detail in the consultation that I got with Andrew, I also thought his needling was remarkable, almost painless and clearly very experienced. Great results and a lovely welcoming facility. I’ll be back!

Great service, Mike & Mel put me at ease and the treatment was pain free. Mike took time to assess what needed doing and Mel was really insightful and offered advice on different treatments available. All in all 5*
