I've been going to Wax Pot for 5 years and couldn't recommend Siobhan more. She is professional, thorough and very attentive to my comfort. She's also an incredibly kind and warm person. Wax Pot is always impeccably clean and the waxing is always virtually pain-free thanks to Siobhan's care and gentle technique.

Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

My feet were looking very unkempt after a long holiday in the sun but as usual Kamini worked her magic. Reception staff always extend a warm & friendly greeting, the atmosphere is calm & relaxing and Kamini is a very skilled therapist. She transformed my feet with a wonderful pedicure. I highly recommend this salon.

Visited for the first time today as it was highly recommended by my boyfriend and it was a great experience! I got a warm welcome from the receptionist and the stylist knew exactly what I wanted and was very patient and kind. So glad I went on my birthday. It set the tone for the rest of the day. Went for an eyebrow tint and wax done by the lovely Laface. I could not be happier with the service. Did exactly what I wanted as I asked and constantly checked in to see that I was happy. Professional and lovely and warm. Would definitely recommend.

I have been visiting this salon for over 10 years. It’s the only place I trust with waxing and other beauty treatments. Kamini, was such a star, she catered to me and my baby, and I am extremely grateful. Also big thanks to the receptionist she, as always, helpful and attentive. My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

Altogether relaxed, friendly, hospitable and a skilful, professional haircut. Perfect for a very warm day. Thank you Olga.
