I loved my highlights and haircut as usual. The colour perfectly suits my face. I have been going to New Cross Beauty salon past 6-7 years, service very friendly and professional. Accommodating especially when working full time folks. I always ask for Valda or Galina when booking my visit. Staff always up to date with current trends, haircuts, colours and new techniques. I would recommend this salon to everyone who is looking for stylish haircut and colour.

Great spa and 5 star treatment. The staff were welcoming and kind and my massage was incredible. Only slight downside is that the treatment room as really cold so I couldn’t fully relax. My massage therapist did the best she could to keep my warm and the bed had a heated blanket on it which helped a bit. After the massage I had a pedicure which was great. They gave me a blanket and a cup of tea. Wish they had a greater selection of nude pinks but we found one that was ok. Overall I loved it and would definitely go back.

My first time at L8NBS. I had a pedicure with the fantastic Marie-Carmen. She was fun, friendly, professional, extremely diligent and her attention to detail was off the scale. She even convinced me to have a colour I wouldn't normally go for - which I have to say I LOVE! I am really particular about pedicures and I find that most places don't do them very well. I was so impressed with this one and I loved how she took all the dead skin off (only for an extra £5 - callous removal). Thank you for my renewed feet. I will definitely be returning. Thank you

I got full body waxing and eyebrow and eyelash tint. I was so scared as I am quite hairy but she calmed me and helped me get my breathing right so it hurt less. I was literally holding my breath and that doesn’t help 😂 10/10 I know exactly where I am going for waxing now
