I've been going to Wax Pot for 5 years and couldn't recommend Siobhan more. She is professional, thorough and very attentive to my comfort. She's also an incredibly kind and warm person. Leface was an excellent therapist - firm pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed the massage . My only criticism is that the room was very cold and as a result the towels and blankets felt cold and a little damp. When you’re having a massage you aren’t wearing any clothes so I think a heater should be in in the rooms and towels fresh out of a dryer, warm or have an electric blanket underneath to make the the experience more enjoyable

First time visiting this venue for a Hollywood Wax. Definitely will be going back, practitioner was so efficient & experienced there was essentially 0 pain. It was over and done with before I had any time to think about it. Definitely recommend for a reliable waxing.

My feet were looking very unkempt after a long holiday in the sun but as usual Kamini worked her magic. Reception staff always extend a warm & friendly greeting, the atmosphere is calm & relaxing and Kamini is a very skilled therapist. She transformed my feet with a wonderful pedicure. It was absolutely amazing, I was really scared because I hadn’t got waxed let alone Hollywood waxing in a very long time but it wasn’t that bad at all, the person who gave me a wax was so nice to me and assured me it would be fine, she let me hold her arm as well. It wasn’t that painful and I think that’s because she did it so well. Made me feel very comfortable and I really appreciate that.

My first time at this salon and Nicole was very warm and welcoming. I was in intense pain in back, legs and thighs so was unable to lie comfortably in certain positions. Nicole took time to make me comfortable, using pillows for support, before she started the treatment. As soon as she started, I felt immediate relief. She got right to the root of the problem and is very knowledgeable about how muscles work. Because of the intensity of my pain, I obviously wasn't cured in one session, but the pain had lessened considerably. I will be back for further sessions and I highly recommend Nicole.

Nice waxing so fast and so clean

I went for a underarm wax, pedicure and pregnancy massage with Carly and she made the experience so wonderful, the best 1 hour 45 minutes a pregnant mama needed! The atmosphere of the spa was so calming and the treatments were beyond expectations. I've been to Aura Organics Spa Hackney Wick a few times now and got to know some of the key faces there, and Carly has always been so kind and welcoming. I'm due to give birth soon, but I can't wait to go back for a post birth treatment! Thank you Carly, hopefully see you again soon!
