From the moment I walked into the salon, Christine's warm and professional demeanor put me at ease. The facial itself was nothing short of amazing; Christine's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. She took the time to thoroughly assess my skin's needs and provided invaluable advice on how to maintain and improve my skincare routine. I left the salon feeling rejuvenated and absolutely floating. Great appointment as always. Ciara always does a fantastic job on my eyebrows. They are now very natural looking amd despite having very bushy eyebrows it was very painless process. I also had electroysis and Ciara always uses roller at the end of treatment. Today I also had full leg wax, first have had in a while and my legs are completely smooth with no patches..Ciara is a very pleasant, gentle and chatty person. I highly recommend Ciara as a beautician to anyone looking for a professional treatment in Galway City.

Just had a lovely experience at the Galway Bay Hotel Beauty Salon. I had my make up done and the therapist listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased.

I had a lovely pleasant experience in the Galway Bay Salon. Elizabeth was very kind caring warm and friendly She gave me a an excellent deep tissue massage on my back helping to relieve my pain and tightness in my back and shoulders. She also gave me a lovely manicure and pedicure. I will definitely make an appointment with Elizabeth the next time I am in the Galway Bay Hotel. Thank you Elizabeth
