I am absolutely thrilled and delighted. Upon arriving, I was in quite a predicament with swollen cuticles and botched nail work from a previous nail tech. From the moment I sat down, my experience was nothing short of amazing. Fadzai's expertise and gentle touch around my sensitive cuticle area were incredibly soothing. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. The staff is not only professional but also warm and welcoming. Got this as a complimentary treatment. The DermaLUX LED was really comforting. I will only know if it benefits me in a few sessions though since one is too soon to tell. I enjoyed the warm feeling of the lamp along with being tucked in on the therapy bed with a heated blanket (I wish more places did this!) Therapist was great but the owner- Leigh blew me away by her thoroughness. She had read through my form, knew the products I was using and made it her business to know my skin before I walked in. I was also impressed by how proactively they managed to turn my experience around to wow me.

I was blown away by the results! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, who made me feel at ease and comfortable. My lashe fil carried out by the talented lash technician, who was not only skilled but also very professional and made sure I was informed of every step of the process. The treatment itself was painless and relaxing, and the results were simply stunning. My lashes looked natural , and perfectly curled, making my eyes appear more awake and vibrant.
