Had a skin peel and dermaplane with Lauren, I’ve had Dermaplaning before but felt like Lauren was really thorough and got every bit of my skin. I haven’t had a peel before but Lauren explained the reasons why she thought my skin would benefit from one and talked me through the full process so I felt completely relaxed and comfortable. I felt a noticeable difference immediately after and now a week after treatment I can still see a massive difference. I have already booked in for this treatment again and can’t wait to see how my skin keeps improving. 🫶🏻

Went to see about hair treatments/nice place receptionist was lovely so was all the staff and had a good talk with the main man who explained everything for me from start to finish very informative/no big sell or forcing anything (good man) would recommend to anyone who needs/wants more info on hair loss👏🏻👍🏼 5 star

Been to Mona twice now, last year for my lips and this time for Botox, plus a top up two weeks after where I needed. My lips have lasted since last November and still look full but natural which is what I wanted! Love the Botox and Mona has been great explaining the placement of the Botox and I am really happy with the results. Always feel comfortable going and trust Mona with any treatment. Would recommend to anyone x

Best hair salon I’ve ever been to. The aesthetic in the salon is lovely and the girls are too. Very genuine, friendly personalities that put me at ease from the moment I walked in. Sam is so gentle at eyebrow threading that she’s actually the first person not to cause lots of pain and light sensitivity in my left eye. Deffo worth getting it done with her if it’s usually painful for you. Natalie is amazing at braids! The transformation actually crazy! She’s very quick and her braids are great quality. Love the knotless braids she does as well they are so so pretty. Highly recommended!

Attended today for a mini peel with Amber. Amber talked me through the whole of the process also asking me How I was feeling throughout the procedure. I was totally relaxed throughout, Amber also answered any questions I had including further treatments I’m interested in. I absolutely loved the treatment and my skin has a lovely healthy glow. I had an appointment today at 1pm, the staff were nice and friendly. The consultation was really good and it’s free. They examine your hair and tell you exactly what the issue is with your hair and what treatment you need. The Dr knew the reason for my hair loss before even I sat down and it wasn’t due to stress, it was a hormone issue. Overall 5 star Experience defo recommend!
