I enjoy visiting the salon because Suzie and her staff are always welcoming. Today, I had my second facial by Jess. The facial was relaxing and very through with all the creams etc well massaged into the skin.

Mikaela is one of the most experienced and talented beautician in Canberra. It's not everyday you request a tattoo on your face! In the way of microblading eyebrows. I was very nervous, Mikaela was very professional and reassuring. I am extremely happy with the result and recommend Mikaela to everyone I know!

I received a deliciously luxurious and deeply releasing buccal face massage! My skin was glowing and brighter in the aftermath. Mikaela was so warm and welcoming with tons of knowledge and tips. Beautiful studio in a quiet setting with a super comfortable chair. I’m looking forward to my next visit :)

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

My first time at the Scalp Spa was a dream. I had the hydra facial which left my skin feeling youthful and my body/mind relaxed. The beauty therapist who did my facial was kind and highly intelligent in her area of expertise. She tailored the facial for my skins needs and taught me a lot in the process. As I was waiting for my facial,another beauty therapist generously blow dried my hair from walking in the rain to the appointment. It was so sweet and such a kind gesture. Fantastic experience for a teenagers first facial. She came out so excited, set up with a routine to continue her skin care with practical, straight forward advice.

The Scalp Spa Braddon was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The staff were wonderful and friendly and super sweet it only made the experience 10 times better. I felt so calm and relaxed the entire time. I was told of every step that was being done and that if i had any issues there was no problem with washing anything off and trying something else. I was pampered and my skin and my hair feel silky soft the day after my treatment. The staff were knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I would recommend the scalp spa 100%!
