My therapist was excellent with communicating what to expect with our appointment before we began. She had great knowledge about skincare and was able to provide me with an analysis of my skin during the facial portion of our appointment. Brenda did my facial today- Brenda assessed my skin type at the beginning of the session. Brenda kindly explained all the products she was applying throughout the session. Brenda was very professional while having a very welcoming personality. I high throughly enjoyed my appointment and will be highly recommending Hale Spa to friends and families.

the facial was amazing and the therapist was lovely. my thing was though that for a 90 minute facial (and for $400), it finished at 4.05...so ten mins early. I then had the ten mins in 'consultation" about my skin routine. I think that advertising a 90 minute facial should be a 90 minute facial.

Hasina did a great job, very good massaging in the creams and very professional overall. Thoroughly relaxing and my skin feels great!

Loved the body scrub and wrap. So relaxing. Facial was good - asked for products for sensitive skin but they made my face tingle a bit. Plunge pool to finished was lush.

My facial with Priscilla was one of the best I’ve ever had! So relaxing and my skin feels incredible. The facilities are also wonderful - and we don’t feel rush at any point.

I had the best afternoon with Helen, I thoroughly enjoyed my body wrap and facial.!! Helen's knowledge and beauty tips were fantastic. The products have made my skin feel so supple and the difference to my skin after the treatment was so noticeable. I can't wait to have my next treatment at Hale with Helen. Also wish to thank Tania at reception for being so helpful. The only thing I would like to mention is that the 45 minutes arrival time prior to treatment to enjoy the facilities felt a little too rushed. Ideally another half your wonderful Day Spa is a little to rushed to Thank you to

Helen was amazing, my whole experience was exceptional. I felt extremely relaxed after my full body massage finishing off with an hour facial, all products used felt beautiful and I was so refreshed my skin was glowing. I would also recommend going 45mins early to take advantage of the sauna, steam room and plunge pool!

I had a facial by Hasina and it was excellent. She was knowledge and has left my skin looking and feeling great. Thank you.
