The place is beautiful! Complete professionals from my fast return phone call after leaving a message on a Sunday. They answered all of my 101 questions about injections. Fillers and facials. I had my first service today with Kayleigh- a. Ultrasonic facial with lymphatic draining and red light therapy. My skin looks AMAZING! I will def be back! She took the time to answe my questions and educate me on every step! Cannot wait for my appt with Jackie in May and cannot wait for my next facial with Kayleigh again! She is she knowledgeable and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I went to the lip loft for a few appointments prior to my wedding. Robyn was AMAZING!!! I would definitely see her again. I also had a great experience with Kaleigh. I booked an appointment to dermaplane a few days before my wedding and had mild but concerning skin irritation at the time I had showed up for my appointment. Kaleigh was SO honest and suggested we don’t go forward with the facial due to the potential of future irritation on my big day. It is really nice to know that the ladies at The Lip Loft actually care about their customers and not just about the money. Very appreciative! xo

Mikaela was very knowledgeable about the PRF treatment for my under eye area. Little to no pain and I felt very comfortable chatting while having my treatment. I loved the vibe when walking in , it doesn’t have the “med spa” feell which I love. Everything was very clean and professional. Highly recommend

Kaleigh is so knowledgeable, personable, and is amazing at what she does. I trust her 100% with my skin care needs!

Excellent. Very friendly, professional & competent staff using cutting edge technology. I went in for “old school” filler for the hands & under eye area as well as for RBF. PRF gel filler was recommended using my own blood plaza. I heard about this technology for orthopedics and have used skin care products with plasma stem cells & growth factors. I am happy that I did this vs “old school.” Mikaela was a very compent injector. She has a talent for hard to find veins. I was delighted with the results afterwards & knowing it will continue to improve. Highly recommend.

Today I saw Jessica for a Hydrafacial and a very comprehensive and interesting lesson on skin care. She is extremely intelligent and very knowledgeable of skin/skincare and matching routines to specific needs. I also saw Mikaela for Botox and she is also very knowledgeable, experienced, sweet and patient. I left today feeling rejuvenated, brighter and happier! I look forward to the amazing results just in time for the holidays xo

This was my second IPL Facial with Kaleigh. She selected the perfect IPL machine setting for my skin, so that it was not super painful - but still effective. My goal is to remove or minimize the look of as many sunspots and broken capillaries as possible, and I’m confident it will happen with consistent visits to Kaleigh. I’ve already booked my third appointment with her. She’s extremely knowledgeable about anything related to th skin, as well as very pleasant and professional. As someone who doesn’t always keep up with series of treatments, it’s saying something that I rebooked immediately.

Awesome spa day at the lip loft per usual! First time getting a hydra-facial with Kaleigh has my skin glowing .Definitely recommend adding on the LED light treatment. Mikaela was great and customized my Botox treatment based on my personal preferences.
