My first time here at Glenelg. Staff are very friendly, explained what henna tinting to my eyebrows would be like. Never had threading before, it was ok. Would do it again, thank you

Sara is an absolute darling and offered some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in ages. I'm 6 months pregnant so booked 3 floats to help with aching legs. A week ago I went in for the first float, but spent most of the time overheating (because of pregnancy). I was too timid to say anything during the session, but told Sara when I came out and she looked visibly mortified that I hadn't enjoyed the float. She made a plan to lower the temps next time, AND she offered to refund me if we couldn't get it right. Came in yesterday and it was perfect! She really cares- so rare!
