Unbelievable, absolutely amazing 😁Totally and utterly relaxing. Laura is so immensely talented. Back massage incredible, removed deep seated knots on problem shoulder effortlessly and painlessly, which left me completely relaxed. Facial, OMG, never experienced anything like it in my life. Words cannot describe how good this was. I'm giving Laura 11 our of 10. This lady is magnificent with so much expertise and always informs you at every step of the treatment. I will definitely be making a return visit

I visited The Beauty Deck for the first time today and had an Indian Head massage with Kelly. She was so welcoming, and her room, complete with a view and a heated bed, made the experience even more relaxing. I left feeling incredibly calm and refreshed! Thank you Kelly!

Another great set of build a gel nails with the very talented Milli! I have been a customer now for just over a year and cannot recommend her enough. I work in retail and regularly receive compliments on my nails and my customers are amazed when I tell them how long my nails last. Milli has a great choice of colours and is also very talented in nail design! And she also happens to be one of the loveliest sweetest people I have met so the 90 minute appointment flies by while we matter and catch up. Ps: I wouldn’t be able to talk and do nails! So in my mind she is even more talented!

Just had lovely, sparkly nails done by Joanne. Great experience, very friendly, lovely salon, great to have on Portland.

Went to Joanne for some waxing and she was very friendly, great at putting me at ease which given that I've not really had an eyebrow shape before was much appreciated. She's kept them looking natural and very pleased with the end result.

It was my first experience of waxing and I felt so comfortable! Everything was explained so well and I knew exactly what to expect. Really greatful for such a positive first experience and definitely recommend!!

Mel is amazing x super friendly and no one else I would trust with my brows x x x her spray tans are great too!!!! Can’t recommend enough x
