First time for me looking into getting this treatment, my daughter and I both had consultations today and skin test, all our concerns were answered very clearly and patiently as I was a little nervous of what to expect. The salon is very clean, fresh and warm, there is no car park but we didn’t have a problem parking outside on road. The payment for the treatment is great as it’s optional to pay upfront or in 3 stages, also you can purchase a gift card which Is a great idea for Xmas or simply cause your worth it! Thank you and w e look forward to our treatment……..all booked 👍

I had such a great experience, always very welcoming and friendly. I had my waxing done and pedicure few times and I am always happy with their service.

Massage was excellent. Only thing to suggest is that a summary of what is required is sent to the customer, ie. take a towel in to the Spa area (I was walking down the corridor in a bikini). You need a large lock for the changing room lockers. Sit and wait in Spa reception for someone to come (noone was there when I arrived, so I had to seek out a member of staff). Mentioning any relevant points in advance would be beneficial to the customer.

Was my first time having waxing done, Hannah was so lovely and made me feel very comfortable, so happy with my results, will definitely be back for more treatments in the future!
