Jodi did a perfect job of the waxing - It was the best result I have ever had after decades of waxing. The massage was also truly relaxing. I felt as if Jodi wasn't just rushing me through like a supermarket conveyor belt, but she actually took extra time to make me feel nurtured. Her kindness and care made me feel like I had more to give to my family when I went home. Thanks Jodi, you'll see me again.

With Siwalai Massage, the pleasure is permanent, before waiting for it, during appreciating it, after thinking about the next one! Each time, for about ten years that we frequented this establishment, we think that the message of the day is better than the previous one but in fact they are all excellent, provided by masseuses all better than the others, very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed the 90-minute session. I liked the pressing-style massage, which was very relaxing. If there’s any area for improvement, it might be the soundproofing, as I could hear footsteps from upstairs or pets walking around. Overall, it was great, and I will definitely come back again.

Suki did an amazing job with my hair. She did GHD straightening twice now. Waruni did my full leg and full arm waxing again, she did amazing 👏 Deepak did my partner's haircut which my partner liked and will go back at Kess Albany again.

Jodie never fails to give a great experience, when booking a beauty treatment with her. Whether it is, for waxing, or massage therapy; you always leave, in a relaxed, pampered way. Added to that, Jodie, really takes pride in her decor, which welcomes you, as soon as you walk in.

Tayla is very respectful, she does a thorough professional job with waxing and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! Highly recommended

The beautician was highly skilled with her waxing techniques however the waxing room is not clean and sanitary, which me feel uncomfortable.

Always a total, pampering delight ! From the moment you walk in, with the beautiful decor, you start to relax. I've had regular waxing treatments, with Jodie, for a couple of years now, which are awesome. Along, with Jodie's, great massage treatments. Jodie,' really does', look after her customers! Thank you Jodie, for giving me a regular special 'time' out.

I saw Jordan, and she was absolutely amazing! She made the whole experience on the edge of painless, even though I haven't gone waxing in a good year or two, and she was gentle and kind and just an ultimately soothing presence. 100/10 I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was she good at her job, but she was kind and easy to talk to, and kept me distracted from the pain with good conversation

Lovely visit again today, Jodi is so good at putting you at ease while having waxing, will be back for another treatment soon :)
