Loved the experience! Was nervous prior to attending but Sofia made sure to explain everything she was doing making sure everything was comfortable . Had a very good chat , will be definitely coming back for more sessions !

My body shaping journey is well and truly underway and I couldn't be happier with the results after only 3 sessions. My clothes are already starting to fit me better around the waist.
