Fantastic trial experience today. Clean, friendly atmosphere, great to be able to have a shower straight after if you wish. Can’t recommend this enough, I will be back.

Another Great Session. Following a serious motorcycle accident in the 80's mixed with the usual age related ailments, excersise has been a bit of a challenge, this concept is superb as you are not weight bearing so you enjoy an intence cardio work out if you wish with little or no fioriction on your joints.

Great workout without any impact on my joints, something i have not been able to do for a while due to an old injury, father time and associated wieght gain. Highly reccomended! I hve signed up for Membership it was that good.

I’ve had 2 sessions at Astra Body now and cannot fault it. Arianna is so friendly and welcoming, she talks you through everything, checks your okay, gives advise and support when needed. I have loved both my sessions and come away feeling really good. I highly recommend Astra body :)
