I have had massages before with Carol and they have always been wonderful. A lovely relaxing and comfortable treatment area and surroundings. The massage was a whole body sensory experience, and if I was a cat I would have been purring throughout the treatment!

Have known and visited Carole for almost 13 years! Each treatment I have with Carole is unique and attune with what my body needs at that moment in time- you won’t get a ‘one massage fits all’ here. The garden looks especially beautiful this summer and I felt at ease and could take deep breaths, feeling the stress melting away the moment I walked into her garden- a mini haven. Thank you!

From her warm welcome in the serene garden to the delightful pot of herb tea at the end, my whole experience with Carole was superlative. The best hot stone massage I’ve ever had, I could tell Carole was both highly skilled and working intuitively to find exactly what my jet lagged body needed. If I didn’t live 5000 miles away, I would be booking in every week.

It’s been a while since I have visited Carole- Touching Lives for a treatment but I’ve been to quite a few spa days and places where I’ve had hotel treatments over the months. None of them compare to Carole’s treatments. I used the word “magical” last night. My body literally tingled all over, where I was in a state of peace the whole time. I had reflexology followed by a face massage. From top to toe, it was blissful. It was like being on cloud nine for the evening.

What a treat it is to visit Carole! She has a way of working with her hands that relieves your body of all tension & knots. I felt like I left the riverside rooms floating on a cloud ☺️

I had the Intense Hot Stone Massage today with Kinesha, who was phenomenal. She tailored the massage to what my body needed, which she was able to judge through her high level of experience, which reflected in her technique and ability. I came out super-relaxed and booked a package of more massages. All the staff I met were super nice and I was welcomed with a cup of chilled water on this very warm day. I saw other clients come out also super-happy with their therapist. Great find and I would highly recommend.

I feel very comfortable getting treatments here and everyone is very nice and personable! I had the body scrub for the first time and Sophia made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Results were great as I felt as smooth as a wet seal after.

I love everything about the Riverside Rooms from arriving with soft beautiful music and incense burning and entering into the warm and cosy log cabin, being snug on the warm heated couch and being nurtured- thank you Tali for a wonderful facial experience!

Carole is a wonderful therapist. Facilitates the connection between the mind and heart. I love my treatments with her and so does my body. I always walk out a bit taller, energised and feeling a bit lighter.

I came to Carole with back pain and the whole experience was like magic! From the moment I stepped into her space I felt safe and welcome. This was not a massage... it was so much more!! All my senses were being looked after and nourished ... and it felt like her hands and body were dancing around my body and aura... it was incredible. I am a Therapist myself and I received what I am giving and it felt magnificent. My back pain eased so much and I felt wonderful for days!
