I did body contouring for the first time. Kayla was my Esthetician and she did a great job of explaining the process and sharing experiences to give me a full understanding. Super friendly and welcoming. I had a great experience!!

Brandie and Hope are simply the best and I love the new facility! They make my weekly visit fun. I have now lost 42 pounds by making small changes incrementally over the last six months. Brandie has been so supportive and has encouraged me every step of the way. They have become like family and take exceptional care of me and now my husband and mom! My first visit was a spur of the moment decision and I'm happy that I took that first step to getting my health back. The new body scanner is precise and the technology is amazing. This is a great addition! My doctor is thrilled with my progress.

Brandie and Hope are simply the best and their new location is fantastic. My doctor at the Mayo Clinic asked me what I was doing because I have lost 19% of my body weight (35 lbs) since I started seeing them weekly at the end of May 2023. These ladies jump started me on my weight loss journey. I now walk 15K steps daily, do 30 minutes of cardio, drink at least 100 oz of water and only eat in an 8 hour window (healthy stuff). I added things incrementally as I went along. My energy level and overall health is so much better! You deserve this because it's been worth every penny to feel better.
