Amazing message!!! Everyone were so nice, warm and welcoming. Very cozy room, excellent therapist and lovely waiting space with delicious calming tea. Very well priced too. Highly recommend. I got the back facial and Indian head message. Just what my sore body needed.

Wonderful experience. From the welcome stepping in the door, the tour of the facilities, the secure lockers and lovely bathroom and sitting lounge. Then the experience really started with Joslyn providing a peaceful and blissful RITUAL experience - a scrub and shower, a hydrating wrap and massage, then a unique facial. None of the treatments were rushed and the experience was finished off with a champagne and chocolate in the lounge. I floated out of Hale Spa.

Ucci gave the best massage. She really listened to how much pressure I wanted on different parts of my body. The only bad thing is I didn’t want it to end! :) I would definitely go back!!

I had the most relaxing treatment at Hale. I was originally booked in for a Cocoon Wrap and scalp treatment but on the day I was particularly tense and stressed after a busy day and really wanted a massage instead. My therapist Paige was very happy to accommodate my request and I was not disappointed. The massage was just what I needed, the right pressure and therapeutic but relaxing. The scalp treatment at the end was the icing on the cake. Thank you for making a stressful day, end right!

Had an amazing afternoon at the Canberra Day Spa. I did the body rejuvenation journey and it was incredible. The staff are super friendly and accommodating and you're totally relaxed as soon as you walk in. The body scrub was divine, and my whole body was exfoliated. After that I had a dip in the hydrotub which was a little awkward for me as I'm quite short so maybe I'll try the geisha tub next time if that's different! After that I was served some refreshments and tea. Then I was led into the massage room where I received one of the best massages OF MY LIFE. Can't wait to come back.

Ucci was a wonderful masseuse. I had a lot of tension in my body and left feeling very relaxed.

Just lovely, staff welcoming, great body massage, foot treatment, head massage. Bed was warmed, comfortable and enhanced the massage. I look forward to going again!

From the moment I entered the Spa I was instantly supported by the team to relax, greeted with a delicious hot tea and staff members who truly cared about my experience. The massage was one of the best I've ever received, pressure was confirmed at the start and consistent throughout, with the opportunity to change on different parts of the body. My massage therapist was thorough with the knots in my shoulders and legs, working out ones I hadn't realized were there. Thank you so much to the whole team, I cannot wait to come back.

Loved the body scrub and wrap. So relaxing. Facial was good - asked for products for sensitive skin but they made my face tingle a bit. Plunge pool to finished was lush.

They were able to slot me in last minute and it was an amazing experience. The place was beautiful and had such a wonderful experience with the staff. My body was feeling relaxed and rejuvinated.

I had the best afternoon with Helen, I thoroughly enjoyed my body wrap and facial.!! Helen's knowledge and beauty tips were fantastic. The products have made my skin feel so supple and the difference to my skin after the treatment was so noticeable. I can't wait to have my next treatment at Hale with Helen. Also wish to thank Tania at reception for being so helpful. The only thing I would like to mention is that the 45 minutes arrival time prior to treatment to enjoy the facilities felt a little too rushed. Ideally another half your wonderful Day Spa is a little to rushed to Thank you to

The massage therapist was very good and very friendly. I booked a 1 hr body plus 30 minute feet. At $225 I was a bit disappointed that the 1.5 hour session was 1.15hr, due the late start time I assume. I also think massages should include the neck and top of shoulders as that harbours a lot of tension. She did my head but had I known I would have had my neck done in preference. Maybe a written check list prior would help.

I love the new look of the day spa. Bright and fresh. My spa treatment was a luxurious 3.5 hours. Anna took great care of me - body scrub, spa bath, body massage and aromatherapy facial followed by paraffin hand and foot treatment. Highly recommend.

My body wrap massage was great. Thanks Jocelyn. I especially loved the head rub while I was soaking up the moisture in the wrap.
