I can’t recommend myofascial release massage with Zen enough! After struggling for over a year with a bulged disc injury and severe sciatic pain, Zen has not only helped me become pain free in my day-to-day movement and activities, but I went from not being able to run, to now running 25km a week without any pain, all in the space of only 4 months. Can’t recommend Zen and myofacial realese enough. Being a carpenter I put my body hrough a lot each and everyday. He knows what to do to fix me and keep my body functioning the way it should.

I had an amazing Myofascial massage release experience with Zen. Zen's approach to the human body is phenomenonal I could feel the instant relief from the techniques he used, I am looking forward to the next session as I recover and have the ability to move more after an injury to my knee.

Zen at BodiHQ is very knowledgeable. The space was comfortable & felt safe. His gentle manner and focused attention during the MFR treatment was excellent. I highly recommend the treatment to release restricted movement, pain & improve blood flow.
