It was a great experience. The facialists were really good at their job. The salt cave was the perfect place to sit down and relax. The ice globe treatment was amazing! I would want to come back to this spa and get a facial whenever I possibly could. Would recommend for anybody else who wants a good relaxation afternoon.

A very pleasant experience at the salt caves. We did the salt cave and the hand & foot detox. We have a lovely time and all of the staff were so friendly and kind.

I have been going here for a while now, and every time feels amazing. The staff are amazing, which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. The care and attention to detail is unmatched. I have to say I rarely do facials because of multiple allergies, but I have never had a single reaction to their well sourced clean products. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed after a salt cave session and a facial.

A new year to make personal improvements in 2025. Working in a very fast pace environment and wearing steel toe boots everyday for 8+ hours. Harder to recover at 36 years of age as opposed to 18, we all need some help, sometimes. The heated foot treatment was extra effective. The cool temperatures of the salt cave, I have found; help to isolate where you might be experiencing pain or discomfort.

So kind and welcoming!

The facial and massage were amazing. The salt cave was too cold for me. but perhaps had a wrapped myself in the blanket instead of just putting it on top of me, I would have been alright. It was an enjoyable and very relaxing treat.

We did the steam room and ice bucket and it was so amazing! I felt like I was on vacation! It opened my sinuses and truly felt like my body was just melting in relaxation! The ice bucket is nothing to be afraid of! Face your fears n dive into it! Try laughing when it’s happening! You will feel more alive than you ever have! 10/10 will absolutely be back for that!

That was the most incredible experience! It was so relaxing. I would highly recommend having the headspa treatment!! I will definitely be back again!!

Hello Everyone!! This will be my 4th review for a service I received from the Niagara region. Check them out. I love the Healing Salt Cave! Received a full body massage from Brent, facial from Tiffany. Both services were excellent and I absolutely love the salt cave. I would absolutely recommend the Healing Salt Cave. Taking aestheticians school myself in October of this year. My aim is to one day work at a place like this one. To provide people with a calm relaxing retreat like experience. Life is very short and stressful! We all need love support from each-other and kindness!

Unbelievable! The infrared sauna gently raised my core temperature until I was in a good healthy sweat. The calm and serenity of the salt cave felt perfect to cool my body after the sauna. Tiffany provided exemplary service during my signature facial. Theresa was an absolute joy as she escorted me from service to service and the owner Vojtek was onsite and gave me a tour of the new renovations that will take place. Excellent! Very busy but Melody took care of everyone very well. The infrared sauna and salt cave is the little push my body needed to get rid of a virus u got at Christmas thats just not going away. I know it the past, this combination of services fixes me up. I should have come sooner. Thank you.
