Everything about my reiki treatment was super lovely. The space is so beautiful & relaxing, Steph made me feel at ease & I left feeling calm & peaceful - I could have stayed there on the bed all afternoon! Would highly recommend. ❤️

It was my first colonic and Steph took care to do a thorough consultation and explain to me how the procedure would run. I felt in safe hands and appreciated the frankness with which Steph talked about it all. Nice premises and I very very well looked after throughout.

Stephanie fully explained the health benefits of the ear candling treatment and the seamless process it involves. I found the gentle heat from the ear candle stimulated my blood circulation, alleviated my headaches, increased the cleansing circulation of my lymphatic system!!!! (a great feeling). In essence, Stephanie's lymphatic & head massage, made the entire experience not only relaxing, but extremely beneficial for my wellbeing, an excellent treatment which is sadly under estimated, having had this treatment with other therapists, undoubtedly Stephanie is simple the best!!
