I was blessed to have Fiona as my consultant today and what a gorgeous fresh breath of air she is! From the time I entered the store she was so welcoming and down to earth. She was packed full of valuable information for the treatments I was looking for and she recommended the best treatments for my skin. Today I had laser hair removal and the laser to help remove / treat broken capillaries. She explained everything so simply and i felt so comfortable with the whole session. Today I had a 30 minute Led therapy as a complimentary add on for my SQT microneedling session last week. This session was really relaxing and Billie checked my face- answered any questions I had, helped me with some skin products I could use to help better my skin and had us leave feeling beautiful and amazing again. Nothing makes me feel more calm and pampered than a facial with Jess! I have been seeing Jess for years and have been able to make skin treatments as part of my usual routine and self care. I value Jess’ expertise and knowledge on skin and treatments, and she has been able to meet me with my situation (for example, knowing how to maximise my visits on a student budget versus a luxury treatment and recommendations as a salary earner). Jess is kind, transparent and realistic about getting me to my skin goals, and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!
