Fabulous. Have yet to be disappointed by skin fitness richmond. Had a slight sensitive reaction to the eyebrow waxing this time round which left me with some irritated redness and scabbing under my brows. But I had gotten them done twice within about 3 weeks so my skin was likely still recovering from the previous round. And despite the redness my brows and lashes look fantastic! And the redness/scabbing has nearly cleared up within 3 days. Always leave my appointments 100% satisfied with the results.

Joshua provided fantastic service today! He was amazing and made us feel very at ease throughout our entire appointment. We will definitely be booking with him again. However, the building itself is looking a bit tired and could definitely use a refresh. The chair I sat in for waxing was broken, and the lighting wasn't very good. Having some additional seating in the waiting area would also be a big improvement. Overall, though, the service was excellent!

First time waxing. A bit awkward at first but Michelle found the words to help me relax and squeezed me in between 2 appointments. OMG Linda...I just had the most amazing massage with Tahlia. Drove to Richmond to your hair and beauty salon with traffick only to find myself surrounded by luscious greens white sand and turqoise waters. Tahlia made me drift away ..I didn't want to wake up..I was sooo enjoying that cocktail🤣🤣this needs to be continued .... honestly she listened to me when I told her my area of concern and she fully focus on those parts....well done Tahlia can't wait to see where I drift away next❣
