I visited this place solely based on reviews. My experience was great. Service was good and prompt. I was very nervous about my Brazilian wax due to pain, but I felt minimal discomfort.

First time coming here and Lynn did an absolutely stunning job, exactly what I wanted. She was very attentive to detail and making sure I was happy with each step. Great atmosphere and such a nice touch to be able to order a coffee when you’re there.

I always have my threading and waxing done here and today I had my first facial. It was amazing to say the least ! The staff (especially Wassan) are so friendly, the prices are great and the enviromment is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this spa.

Jimmy and Wendy were very friendly and polite. Salon was fairly clean and I appreciated the visibly sterilized tools. Only wish more detail was placed on making sure both hands matched each other in length (my wonderful tech had no problem fixing the length when I brought it to his attention) as well as ensuring the cuticles were removed completely as I had quite a few stray trimmed but not completely taken off pieces. I also provided a photo of the nails I wanted (short, clean square oval) but given square. I was also not offered a beverage. Overall happy with the experience.

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.

Claudia is very friendly and did such an amazing work on my facial appointment and the brazilian laser treatment today! I recommend all the treatments and the spa itself. Its wonderful!!

Stephanie was very nice and helped me stay calm throughout the waxing process. The results were pretty good , there were quite a few spots with little hairs left. I’m not sure if this is normal or not as it was my first wax but what was removed was done relatively painlessly

i found it at bit frustrating at first after booking over 5 weeks ago to find out the person i wanted at first i couldn’t in the end i got her. waxing was great . i just felt rushed
