Simran is awesome as always. She so effortlessly did my waxing without any pain. Pallavi did my express facial and gave me a really amazing massage. She is definitely good at this. I’m so relaxed after the facial. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Elegant Beauty always has such friendly professional staff. Whoever picks their staff does a great job. I usually go to Northlands but today I saw Rudhika at The Palms. I have had my eyebrows, lashes and waxing/threading done hundreds of times in many different places, and I only ended up here because my normal person cancelled due to sickness. I can honestly say this was the best place I’ve ever been to, it was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, which I’ve never done before. I also never leave reviews on anywhere or anything, but I did thoroughly enjoy this appointment.

I had an amazing experience! I got my hair done and a brazilian wax. The service it's been absolutely outstanding! The team is super professional and knowledgeable which made me trust and feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back and raccomend it :)

Ashmi is a gem. She is really calm and funny and provides a very friendly service. She didn't rush my treatment at all and I felt in very good hands. The place is also very clean and the ambience nice and calm. I might just restart my regular Brazilian cycle, as the discount for returning customers is very lucrative.
