I had a few waxing treatments, and Juliana was thorough, kind, and patient. I never felt like she was rushing through, and she took the time and care to make sure all hair was gone. She did an amazing job, and if I lived in Queenstown, I’d see her regularly.

As instalações e o serviço são excelentes. O problema é que na descrição do serviço Brazilian (Maintenance) está escrito da seguinte forma: "Removal of ALL HAIR (unless resquested) Maintenance means that you are regular with Wax...... Quem é de fora não sabe que o serviço Brazilian é só o decote. Cheguei com a expectativa de pagar $ 45 e paguei $65. Sugiro que a descrição seja mais clara.
