I stopped into White Lotus today for the first time and had the best gel manicure (with Elena) & pedicure (with Jenny) I’ve had in years. The attention to detail is unmatched. They were extremely accommodating when I asked to add a small design that I didn’t originally book for, and did a beautiful job. All tools and areas were incredibly clean and prices very fair. This is definitely my new go-to spot!

Friendly staff and consistent. This is my third visit and so far I have been pleased. I don't do anything fancy- just solid color shellac gel manis and pedis. I was going somewhere else in Ballard and the service went downhill to where the techs were aggressive and damaged my cuticles (fingers and toes on separate occasions) to where I bled. Glad to have switched over to White Lotus. Will continue to return for their services. Thank you!

Per usual, great experience with Felicia. So far I’ve done 4 Brazilian treatments with her and I’ve noticed so much change. Less hair growth and lightening around the area.

I always have such a great experience and receive such great service from Felicia. I went in at first to do my Brazilian package but had such great results that I added the underarm package. I definitely recommend anyone go to get their work done. She’s knowledgeable and so sweet!

Felicia is amazing! She’s so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I love that she sanitize everything, and asks her clients to wipe down anything we touch when using the bathroom. Which makes me feel at ease knowing I’m going to get treatment done at a facility where best sanitation practices are accomplished. Felicia made me feel super comfortable, and asked how I was doing every time she changed the level of intensity on the laser. I love that she does that because certain parts of the Brazilian area are more sensitive than others, so I love that she changes the level and asks each time.
