Had some issues with getting to my schedule on time due to finishing at the doctors later than anticipated and an accident on the freeway. The lady in the phone at Applecross made a way to make sure I was able to attend my appointment. Jay Jay at North Perth was friendly, kind and professional. I felt comfortable and she had plenty of helpful information. The customer service made me want to keep coming back regularly and try other treatments. Thanks ladies!

I had an amazing experience with sugar waxing, and Jay Jay made it even better! She was so warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. The treatment itself was much less painful than traditional waxing, and my skin felt so smooth afterward. Jay Jay took the time to ensure everything was perfect and was so friendly and attentive. I visit Equinox Beauty and Cosmetic Clinic regularly, and every experience has been fantastic. Most recently, I had the Dermafix Alkaline Wash and Corrective Enzyme Masque, and the results are amazing. My therapist, Jamie, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, explaining everything and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The clinic has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, and all the staff are excellent, always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend for top quality treatments and service!
